Hey kittens,

For those who have been reading my “official letter to Vivien”, you know what’s been going on the last two years.

I addressed her directly in order to find a solution to our current situation. I am glad that after negotiating with her, we came to a conclusion which we can both be happy with.

I will now keep my promise I made to her with this post.

As you know, obviously, I use brushes, patterns and also photographs for my doujins for various purposes- for backgrounds, for objects, for details, and inspiration. I am not ashamed of drawing and creating the way I do by using these images to support me and to provide you the best results.

However, I do regret that I did not properly credit the original authors of those pictures and I want to apologise for doing so. This was not done out of viciousness or arrogance, but because I did not pay it neither mind nor attention. I do not consider it neither stealing, nor plagiarising, but it was still not correct of me to act the way I did.
I simply did not deem it as important and I humbly apologise for not giving credit.

This has changed. Credit has properly been given to artists and writers on the corresponding pages. As for the photographs, a new category has been added on my lair on which each and every single photograph I ever used is published. It is free for you to access, visit and regard, if you wish to do so.

This way, I give credit to the photographers who sadly did not sign their artwork. I want their original work to be acknowledged as being a huge part that contributed to my doujinshis.

I am not ashamed of drawing the way I do and of using these images. Therefore, I have nothing to hide at all. But in order to be politically, officially and legally correct, I shall give proper credit in the future.
If you find that I have missed to credit as source, feel free to approach me and point it out _politely_.

This project is mine and I want to thank and acknowledge those people who contributed to help me make it what it is right now.

This is my part of our agreement. Now, Vivien, I expect you to stay true to your word as well:
stop running your “Obsessia fan page”.
stop spamming my dA, my YT and my readers.
stop distributing sockpuppets and troll accounts to your followers.
stop commenting publicly on my personal life.
stop creating hate memes and videos and remove those that already exist.

I truly wish for nothing more than for the two of us to live in peace. Let’s move on our own separate ways with respect towards each other’s creations and personal lives.
